Privacy policy
In short: this site uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from other companies' servers. The server keeps no visitor log. We process personal data when you email us, and within the server's technical error log.
01Data controller
The controller of your personal data is DINFINIT sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Niedźwiedzia 29 B, 02-737 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000468269, Tax ID (NIP) 5213651511, REGON 146760500 ("Dinfinit", "we").
For any matters concerning personal data, write to kontakt@dinfinit.pl or by post to our registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
This policy covers dinfinit.eu and its Polish version dinfinit.pl. Our services Landeva, DataScope and Medieva have their own privacy policies, available on their websites.
02Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies or similar technologies. In particular:
- we do not store any information on your device (cookies, local browser storage) and do not read such information,
- we do not use analytics, statistics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics or social media pixels,
- we do not load fonts, scripts, maps or videos from other companies' servers. Every part of the site is delivered from our own server,
- the site contains no forms.
Because we neither store information on your device nor access it, we do not ask for cookie consent and do not display a consent banner (Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024).
03Server error log
The server keeps no visitor log: we do not record who opens the pages or when. We only record server errors, such as failed connections. An error entry may contain an IP address, the date and time, and the address of the page requested.
Purpose: keeping the site secure and working properly, diagnosing failures.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and continuity of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: entries are deleted automatically after 90 days. We keep them longer only when they are needed to investigate a specific security incident, until it has been resolved.
We do not combine these entries with other data and do not use them to identify visitors or to produce statistics.
04Email correspondence
When you email us, we process the data you provide: your email address, name and any other information in the message, such as a description of your idea or product and company details.

05Recipients of data
We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes. Data may only be disclosed to entities processing it on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR):
- the provider of the servers running this site and of our email service: OVHcloud (OVH group).
We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires us to.
06Transfers outside the EEA
We do not transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area. The servers running this site and our email are located in the European Union.
07Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy (Article 15 GDPR),
- rectification (Article 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Article 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
- data portability for data processed under a contract or pre-contractual steps (Article 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR).
To exercise these rights, write to the address given in section 1. We will reply without undue delay and in any case within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
08Voluntary provision and profiling
Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply. Browsing the site requires no data at all.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling (Article 22 GDPR).
09Links to other websites
This site contains links to other websites, including our own projects. Once you move to another site, its privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites that do not belong to Dinfinit.
10Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way the site works or the law changes. The current version is always available at this address, with its effective date shown at the top. If the site ever starts using cookies or analytics tools, we will change this policy before introducing them.
