CSR policy

Corporate social responsibility policy · effective from 15 September 2026 · version 1 · English translation; the Polish version prevails in case of discrepancies

01Why this policy exists

DINFINIT sp. z o.o. is not subject to the non-financial reporting obligations that apply to large companies. We adopt this policy voluntarily.

It sets out commitments that can be checked in our services, rather than general statements. It applies to all of the company's work: services for clients and our own projects.

02Social project: Medieva

Medieva is a free service showing waiting times for treatment funded by Poland's National Health Fund (NFZ). We believe information about access to healthcare should be easy to find and free. For Medieva, we commit that:

• the service stays free, with no time limit,
• it shows no advertising,
• it has no paid tier or paid features,
• we do not sell or share user data for marketing purposes,
• the service is funded from the company's revenue,
• the service describes where its data comes from and how it is processed.

If we are ever unable to keep Medieva running, we will announce it in advance rather than introduce ads or fees.

03Digital accessibility

We design our services with WCAG 2.1 level AA in mind, so that people with disabilities can use them too. In practice this means:

• sufficient contrast for text and controls,
• full keyboard operation and a visible focus indicator,
• descriptions and heading structure that work with screen readers,
• services that are comfortable to use on a phone.

You can report a barrier in any of our services to kontakt@dinfinit.pl. We reply to every report and let you know when the barrier will be removed.

04Privacy

• We collect only the data a service needs in order to work.
• We do not sell user data.
• Our company websites dinfinit.pl and dinfinit.eu use no cookies or analytics tools, and the server keeps no visitor log.
• The servers running our services are located in the European Union.
• Where a service has to process data, for example for payments, its privacy policy says so plainly.

05Data transparency

In our services, we:

• state the source of the data and the date it is current as of,
• distinguish source data from our own analysis and calculations,
• accept reports of errors in the data and correct them,
• provide text versions of our pages that search engines and AI assistants can read without guessing what the content is.

06Fairness to clients

• Code, servers and data belong to the client, with documentation. We do not make clients dependent on us.
• Clients know the scope and price of a job before work begins.
• We treat information about a client's business and project as confidential from the first conversation, even if we do not end up working together.
• We only propose work the client actually needs, and we say so plainly when something is not worth doing.

07Environment

Our environmental impact comes mainly from the energy our servers use. We keep it down with simple measures:

• we build lightweight pages: our company website loads no scripts, and its fonts weigh about 200 KB in total,
• several of our services share infrastructure instead of each running on its own servers,
• we delete data and logs we no longer need rather than keeping them indefinitely.

We do not claim climate neutrality or buy carbon offsets, because we cannot yet measure our carbon footprint reliably.

08How we account for this policy

• We review this policy at least once a year and show the effective date of the current version at the top.
• Significant changes concerning Medieva are announced in the service itself.
• Comments on this policy and reports of breaches are welcome at kontakt@dinfinit.pl.
